RJB Designs is a full service design and drafting company tailored for individuals, builders,
contractors and developers. We will take an individual's ideas and create a design that is built
on paper in 3D before any construction begins. Or create photo-realistic renderings of
existing blueprints or construction documents for a customer's use. Photo-realistic renderings
are a valuable tool for conceptual organization and verifying a design is exactly what the
customer wants before any costly building expenses are incurred.
RJB Designs uses powerful CAD (computer aided design) software that greatly enhances the
accuracy and speed of drafting.
The design process consists of meeting with a client and gathering basic design elements that
are desired. Preliminary drawings are made to match the client's wishes on the exterior layout
and design of the home. Next, the interior spaces are planned and rendered in 3D to the
client's exact specifications. A customer can even do a virtual walk-through of the home. All
cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, and even furniture can be viewed and edited to the customer's
taste until they are satisfied on a design that they are pleased with.
Finally, the layout is created and all the necessary construction documents are printed and
delivered to the customer or building contractor.
